短片以女人是风开始。感觉到在身边，却无法接触。由风变成水虽可接触但却无法抓住。男人经过不懈的努力，在女人将要变成小鸟飞走的那刻，用自己的努力紧紧握住了女人的手，感动了女人。可此时，男人感觉自己身心疲惫不堪，最终选择了离开。此时女人才发觉男人的好，为男人的离开感到痛苦。
